Pre-Diabetes Study

Aspen Clinical Research, our sister company, is just starting a new study for Pre-diabetes.

The study is 28 days long with 7 total visits to the clinic. If you qualify and complete the study you can get up to $575

Some things that would qualify you would be:

Borderline high blood pressure

Borderline high blood sugar levels

You have to be between 18 years old and 70 years old

You can be diagnosed with diabetes, but not treating it with any medications

Sadly you can not participate in this study while on the hCG diet because the hCG will show you as being pregnant. However if you are about to finish your hCG diet, the hCG is completely out of your system within 3 days.

What will I be expected to eat?

Here is a very basic idea of what you should eat everyday

2 quarts of water
2 servings vegetables
2 servings fruits
2 servings of meat
1 servings of starch

• Drink two quarts of water each day.
• Breakfast: hot or cold herbal teas, black teas, or coffee.
• You can eat one of your fruit servings for breakfast
  
• Lunch/dinner: 500 calories of food each day from the following: 100 grams of beef, veal, chicken, white fish, lobster, shrimp, or tuna. Two vegetables from the approved list with each meal (includes broccoli, cabbage, cucumbers, green beans, zucchini, tomatoes, and others). One fruit from the approved list with each meal (includes apple, orange, strawberries, grapefruit, peach, apricot, cherries, and others). In place of fruit, ¾ cup of non-fat yogurt can be eaten once per day. Finally, one serving of crackers or bread sticks from the approved list with each meal.

hCG mixing Ratio

Alright I have had a really good question about the mixing ratio of the hCG.

The hCG is measured by "International Unit"

Injection: it 125 Int. Unit.
Sublingual: 625 Int. Unit 2 times a day

The sublingual dosage is so much higher because the body does not absorb the hCG as well this way. To get the same results we have to bump up the dosage and do it twice a day.
